- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife and I made an appointment from 12-12:45 to do our taxes and after waiting 30 minutes we were still waiting. I don't mind waiting and understand this is probably a busy time for them but when they accepted 2 walk in customers while we were waiting I was not thrilled with the service.
